Guests will enjoy: • 100ml tasting portions of each wine served • A structured pairing of three artisanal chocolates with three different wines (one-to-one pairing experience) • Expert guidance highlighting flavour notes, balance, and texture in each pairing • A relaxed and intimate atmosphere designed for meaningful connection and conversation • Flavour wheels and score cards provided to document and evaluate each pairing experience The experience is intentionally designed to remain highly intimate and personalised, ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxed and immersive tasting environment.
